Malcolm came to our rescue when our water heater failed at Christmas. Even though he was on holiday when we called he made time to give me advice on which hot water heater would work best for us and what parts we might need to prepare for the install of our new tank. When he arrived we found him very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He was well stocked with all the parts and tools needed to complete a job like ours. He explained each step of the job to me as I watched and helped. He double checked his work and even went back to make a couple of adjustments so they would function best for us. We are thrilled to have hot water again and we were very pleased with Malcolm and Shuswap Water Service! Thank you very much!

These guys came to fix my dishwasher, not sure exactly what was wrong but it works like a charm now. They even tightened The faucet for the kitchen sink while they were under the cupboard, it has been loose for ever, I just didn’t have the right tools or the time to get to it.
