My super hero!!! We have been so grateful to have Malcolm and his team at Shuswap Water Services tend to all our plumbing needs over the last few years. Not only has he done work in our home but our rental property. We can always depend on quality workmanship and incredible service. This week we had the unexplainable event of the year. A bear attempted to break into our rental house and ripped out the waterlines while tearing apart the wall. I was in Victoria and knew that all I needed to do was call and Malcolm and his team would come out and fix the problem. Malcolm came to our rescue when our water heater failed at Christmas. Even though he was on holiday when we called he made time to give me advice on which hot water heater would work best for us and what parts we might need to prepare for the install of our new tank. When he arrived we found him very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He was well stocked with all the parts and tools needed to complete a job like ours.
