I called Malcolm for a water heater replacement, and he was here the same afternoon. He was helpful and friendly, and he spent the time to explain things thoroughly, which was very much appreciated. Not only did he do an excellent replacement job, he also put some things right that had been overlooked before. We are so pleased with Shuswap Water Services! We’ve got some more plumbing renovations to do, and I’ve got Malcolm on speed dial!

We had our water pump stop working tonight so I gave these folks a call for emergency service. They helped me troubleshoot over the phone (facetime) and solve the immediate problem and get my water moving again! Going to need more work to solve it completely but feeling really good about having them come in to help (and fix some of my other plumbing problems). Will be recommending them to anyone looking for plumbing work around here.
