I called Malcolm for a water heater replacement, and he was here the same afternoon. He was helpful and friendly, and he spent the time to explain things thoroughly, which was very much appreciated. Not only did he do an excellent replacement job, he also put some things right that had been overlooked before. We are so pleased with Shuswap Water Services! We've got some more plumbing renovations to do, and I've got Malcolm on speed dial!
