had a problem with drainage. called Wednesday and they came Saturday 😁👍 other plumbing companies were booking at least a month in advance. Malcolm came and promptly fixed the issue quickly. great friendly service I would highly recommend 😁👍

Malcolm came to our rescue when our water heater failed at Christmas. Even though he was on holiday when we called he made time to give me advice on which hot water heater would work best for us and what parts we might need to prepare for the install of our new tank. When he arrived we found him very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He was well stocked with all the parts and tools needed to complete a job like ours. He explained each step of the job to me as I watched and helped. He double checked his work and even went back to make a couple of adjustments so they would function best for us. My super hero!!! We have been so grateful to have Malcolm and his team at Shuswap Water Services tend to all our plumbing needs over the last few years. Not only has he done work in our home but our rental property. We can always depend on quality workmanship and incredible service. This week we had the unexplainable event of the year. A bear attempted to break into our rental house and ripped out the waterlines while tearing apart the wall. I was in Victoria and knew that all I needed to do was call and Malcolm and his team would come out and fix the problem. Within the hour of my call help arrived and the waterlines were completely fixed.

I had Malcolm over to hook up my bathtub shower and faucets, he was right on time, fixed the mistakes the previous plumber had made and had everything finished promptly and professionally. I would totally recommend Shuswap Water Services for any plumbing work you need to do.

We had our water pump stop working tonight so I gave these folks a call for emergency service. They helped me troubleshoot over the phone (facetime) and solve the immediate problem and get my water moving again! Going to need more work to solve it completely but feeling really good about having them come in to help (and fix some of my other plumbing problems). Will be recommending them to anyone looking for plumbing work around here.

I called Malcolm for a water heater replacement, and he was here the same afternoon. He was helpful and friendly, and he spent the time to explain things thoroughly, which was very much appreciated. Not only did he do an excellent replacement job, he also put some things right that had been overlooked before. We are so pleased with Shuswap Water Services!
